As part of extracurricular activities, the university runs a number of student-led clubs and initiatives. To mention few of them: Female Students Association, Peace Club, and Anti Addictive Substances Association. These are coordinated and supported by the dean of students.
In addition, the Office of External Relations, Partnerships and Communications of the university supports student led initiatives which include: Yellow Movement, AFRO MUN, Addis Sustainable Life, YNCCC etc. Any student who shows an interest and commitment to any club is welcome to join.
